Small scale solar powered desalination helps coastal villages in Mauritius

Outstanding, using solar energy they have succeeded in desalinating 5 to 7 litres for 10 litres of salt water, that is a very good ratio. The implemented solution alleviates water dependency for theses coastal villages and shows how macro-systems (desalination plants) can be supplemented with locally installed micro-systems.

I have signalled early on how Genesis Morocco would not be a massive monolith but would aim at efficiency and implement small scale solutions where feasible.
