Genesis as a federating venture for the UMA countries

I would like to get back to the idea of the Genesis project as a venture in which UMA countries can effectively collaborate and build together. The complementarity of know how in some countries, manpower in a another, as well as capital makes it a very unique federating project for the UMA (Union du Maghreb Arabe).

The very least to be expected : low energy prices across the region making when coupled with water and food self sufficiency make it the core components of sustainable development.

Interconnection of the grids : stretching from southern Spain, all the way to the MEA region / grid balancing across a whole region / resale of surplus capacity to key markets ie Europe and the MEA region.

Of course our integrated grid should be on par with the European one.

Synergies can be looked into Solar Belt / Northern Europe Wind Belt.

I have brushed aside the limiting factors, mainly the state of affairs in the region, which I think can be adressed in due time.
