Forced path to energy efficiency

01. Incentives for the major enterprises of the country to devellop solar and wind farms. IAM, ONA, Banks, Marjane etc. Setting a percentage of their energy budget that has to be carbon neutral. Say 30% to start with.

02. New player on the energy market : Menara Energie (capitalizing on a household name to offer other appliances then internet, in this case electricity). A liberalisation of the energy market has to be conducted beforehand. Oppening the market to international ventures is an avenue to be explored.

03. Resisting the temptation to increase water prices. The consummer shouldnt be held accountable for the shortages, instead implement water dessalinisation plants that run either on LNG or renewables. Water dessalinisation plants are energy intensive and that is what accounts for most of the cubic meter water price, lower the energy price and you lower the main production cost.
