Energy Transport

Immediatly feasible / existing infrastructure :

01. Cable of High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) transporting the electricity at small losses of less than 3% per 1000km : to service the European market through underwater cables to Spain.

Short term :

02. Interconnection of the UMA (Union du Maghreb Arabe) should be a high priority.

Middle term :

03. Cables reaching 3000 to 4000 km should connect us to the Middle East market.

04. Other connections should render a global network operational, allowing for maximum efficiency in distribution of energy generated through renewable. Take a close look at the Buckminster Grid below, if that becomes a reality we will have achieved a major step stone in addressing the energy question on a global scale as it allows for load balancing across the whole planet.
