Creative approach to solving the 'diplomés au chomage' question

I would like to contribute here a few thoughts about how we can address the question of the diploma holders who find themselves unemployed. As I understand the matter, it is very much a question of adequation of their diplomas with the practical demands of jobs on the market or those proposed by the administration, or for some their intent on being employed by the state.

We can address this issue through the following, a retraining in public administration school for a new breed of government jobs. The retraining will aim at render them self reliable for the addressing of a wide range of issue relating to government work and make them acquire the relevant computer skills.

This approach relies on a critical path, that of a telematic approach to how the government will operate on the future, and is already sustained by the e government workshop that the government has set up as of a few years past.

In this plan the future workers will be equipped with workstations, an internet adsl connection and the necessary equipment to register on government networks where they will be able to conduct at home the tasks they have been assigned. The operation of every ten workers will be supervised by a supervisor and timely workshops and reunions will be scheduled so as to keep a tab on how the operation is conducted, identify the possible hurdles, provide continued education and the likes.

By making it possible for theses diploma holders to have jobs they can do at home, we will be able to solve the equation of providing jobs in the government while not clogging the already overstaffed administrations. The use of computing science will also allow us to have productivity ratios and measure the real time metrics of this new e administration venture.

Another interesting venues is that most administration are located in the capital, whereas theses diploma holders come from many parts of the country, telematics make us able to overcome the geographical dispersion while allowing for theses workers to remain in their place of origin.

Also the question of the diploma holders with disabilities, this new opportunity to work at home with specific equipment for disabled people renders possible their integration in the socio economical fabric of the country, as a matter of fact we should see in the future a quota of government jobs reserved to the disabled.
